MeetLog

Connecting Notion

To export meeting minutes from MeetLog to Notion, you'll need an integration token and a parent page ID. Takes about 5 minutes.

1

Create a Notion integration

Go to notion.so/my-integrations and click "+ New integration".

Give it any name (e.g. "MeetLog"), pick the workspace to connect, and save.

2

Copy the token (secret)

On the integration's page, copy the "Internal Integration Secret". Newly issued Notion integration tokens look like this:

ntn_1234567890abcdefgh...
If you have an older token starting with secret_..., it still works as long as it's valid. All newly issued tokens now start with ntn_ — MeetLog accepts either format, just paste it in as-is.
3

Prepare a Notion page for your minutes

Create or choose a parent page in Notion where minutes will be added (e.g. a "Meeting Notes" page).

Open the "···" menu → Connections on that page, search for the integration you created in step 1, and connect it. Skipping this step is the most common mistake — without it, MeetLog will report a permission error.

4

Find the page ID

Open that page in your browser and look at the URL. The 32-character alphanumeric string at the end is the page ID.

notion.so/workspace/Meeting-Notes-1a2b3c4d5e6f7890abcd1234ef567890

A hyphenated form (1a2b3c4d-5e6f-7890-abcd-1234ef567890) also works fine.

5

Paste into MeetLog

In MeetLog's Settings (⌘,) → Export tab, paste the token and page ID, then click "Test Connection". Once it succeeds, you can export minutes directly to Notion from any note.
